Founder
Stephanie Liu is a CPA-certified professional with a strong background in real estate finance and development. She has extensive experience managing project budgets, overseeing development costs, and navigating the financial side of construction which gives her a sharp understanding of how to optimize project value from both a tax and operational standpoint.
As a real estate investor with hands-on experience estimating renovation costs, Stephanie understands what property owners truly care about: maximizing returns and minimizing tax liability. She cofounded ReSegPros to provide investors, developers, and owners with a strategic, no-nonsense approach to cost segregation helping clients uncover meaningful tax savings with confidence and clarity through studies that are both technically precise and grounded in real-world property knowledge.
Timothy Ho
Co-Founder
Timothy Ho brings over a decade of experience in high-profile commercial construction projects across New York City, along with seven years in residential construction. With a formal education in architecture and a strong foundation in construction management and engineering, he offers deep expertise in building systems, materials, and project lifecycles which are critical for accurately analyzing and documenting assets in cost segregation studies.
As both a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and an active real estate investor, Tim brings a rare combination of discipline, technical insight, and ownership perspective to every project ensuring clients receive both precision and practical value in every analysis.
Joyce Ma
Co-Founder and General Counsel
Joyce Ma, Esq. is a tax professional with over a decade of experience in transactional real estate, specializing in tax structuring and compliance for both domestic and international investments. She brings a strong foundation in analyzing real estate assets and identifying tax optimization strategies, including cost segregation opportunities that help maximize depreciation and improve cash flow for property owners.
Her background includes experience at a Big Four accounting firm, a global asset management firm, and a leading international bank, where she advised on complex real estate transactions and investment structures. Joyce earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School and received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Middlebury College.
Alice Liang

Alice Liang is a seasoned technology product leader and real estate investor based in New York City. With a strong background in building data and automation tools for the financial industry, she brings a strategic, analytical mindset to all her investments.
Alice actively explores tax optimization strategies to enhance cash flow and maximize returns. She handles operations for the team.
